Lead: User Experience

Why work at Cogito?

Cogito is a fast growing, venture-backed software company located in the heart of Boston.
Here, you will be surrounded by smart, innovative, caring people who are proud of the difference our technology makes.

Role Description:

Cogito is seeking a talented and experienced user experience leader to build and manage a design team for its flagship product and products under development. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver magnificently designed experiences to our users that revolutionize they way they work.

Cogito’s innovative real-time behavioral technology has already proven that it can deliver unique insights to our users in new ways, but along with innovation comes unique design challenges.
